Topsoil is nutrient-rich soil ideal for gardens, lawns, and landscaping. It provides essential nutrients, improves soil structure, and enhances water retention, creating a fertile base for healthy plant growth in various outdoor projects.
Sand with no silt and grains of sand up to 1/4″ in diameter.
Applications: Suitable for raising grade under septic leach fields.
Dead Sand is a fine aggregate with high silt content and some small rocks, ideal for leveling low areas in yards and homes. Not suitable for structural fill due to its composition.
